The Centerfielder, who is working on these issues for Daily Kos, very reasonably asked (via email) where we are now and where we're going (and he probably wants to know how quickly).
I've avoided tech talk (as best I could) in my previous diaries, but below the fold is a pretty detailed outside view of where we stand, for those who don't mind some of the techie details.
One thing I haven't mentioned in the previous diaries is that you can learn somewhat more about our goals and approach at our project site, but most of the details below are not up there yet.
